Our Coaches
Learn directly from PGA-qualified professionals with decades of teaching and tournament experience.
James Andrews
James founded the school in 1999 after a number of years playing the nation PGA Tour. He works almost exclusively with low-handicap and competitive players, and his reputation rests on rebuilding swings that had been over-coached - stripping them back to a repeatable, low-maintenance motion that survives tournament pressure.
- PGA Professional (1994)
- Tour performance coach, 2014-2021
- Trackman University Lvl 2
- Golf Mental Coaching Certified
Joe Queen
Joe runs the school's beginner programme and has taken several hundred people from never having held a club to playing a full round comfortably. He is unusually good at the part most coaches skip: the etiquette, the kit, and the quiet worry about looking foolish on the first tee.
- PGA Professional
- England Golf Level 2 Coach
- Safeguarding & First Aid certified
Tom Hatton
Tom teaches the middle of the game - the stretch between breaking 100 and playing to a single figure, where most golfers stall. He spent six seasons caddying before turning to coaching, which is why his lessons start from the shot you actually face rather than from a model position.
- PGA Advanced Professional
- MSc Sports Coaching, Loughborough
- Six seasons caddying on the European Challenge Tour
