1. Introduction
Welcome to GolfSchool.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our digital platforms, including our website and native applications. By creating an account or subscribing to our membership tiers, you agree to be bound by these clauses. If you do not accept these terms, you may not register.
2. Account Registration
To use specific features of our service—including tracking statistics and saving video lessons—you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your personal profile.
3. Membership and Billing
Specific masterclasses and direct PGA virtual swing submissions require active premium tiers. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly schedule. All payments are processed through secure global merchants. You can cancel your subscription at any time within your portal, and cancellation will apply to your next period.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All video lessons, training masterclasses, drills, structural graphics, and text materials provided are the property of GolfSchool.com and James Andrews School. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable personal license to view training materials for your own golf development. Re-distributing or copying our content is strictly forbidden.
5. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You agree to use our swing diagnostics and upload portal safely. You must not submit inappropriate videos, harassment files, or malicious script code. We reserve the right to audit swing submissions and restrict any users that violate safety guidelines or act deceptively.
6. Platform Termination Rights
We reserve the right to temporarily disable or close your account if you fail to complete membership dues, share your account credentials with external parties, or violate intellectual property policies. Subject to specific jurisdiction rules, fees are non-refundable upon breach termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
GolfSchool.com provides professional guides on safe physical practice, but we are not liable for physical strain or injury arising from improper practice methods. It is your responsibility to stretch and consult sports medicine advice if you experience severe physical pain.
8. Governing Law
These legal clauses are governed and construed in accordance with standard statutory regulations. Any litigation or formal disputes arising from usage of our training portal will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the registered offices.
